Employee Referral Program

At Zuven we appreciate talent and we have a policy to reward our existing employees who help us in adding new employees and enriching our talent base.

Our policy provides for a bonus of $500 to any Zuven employee who brings new talent to the company and helps us fill our open positions. The bonus is paid for referring a qualified candidate if Zuven hires that candidate. The bonus is paid after the new employee has worked full-time for 90 days. All our current openings qualify for the employee referral program.
